Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

First, happy Mother’s Day. We thank God for mothers and all those who bless children by selflessly loving with compassion, mercy, and kindness. May you enjoy this day and be celebrated for all you do.

 I mention this in the announcements and Sandy Hatchell mentions it in her message: this isolation has made checking-in with each other difficult.  if you are struggling with loneliness or anything related to this strange time (or for any reason), please do not go it alone. Don’t wait for someone to contact you — call, text, e-mail me, your Deacon, the church office, or someone in the congregation. We are walking this road together. You are important — to me, to us, to this family of faith.
