As I mention in the announcements, there will NOT be a video from us next week, May 24. We are taking the Sunday off from producing an online service. Instead, we are inviting you to experience one (or two) of our ECO sister congregations: Village Church, Incline Village, and First Presbyterian Church, Honolulu. The Village Church is our Mission Affiliation Group partner. First Presbyterian, Honolulu is a congregation with which I have had a long relationship. Dan Chun, the senior pastor, is a friend and I have been blessed by the ministries I have seen and shared there.

I realize that next weekend is Memorial Day Weekend. Let me now take a moment to give thanks to God for the sacrifice of so many to give and protect the freedoms we enjoy. Both those who gave the last full measure of devotion and their families who endured the cost have profoundly blessed us.
